The Journal of Economics and Management Science (JEMS) is a scientific and educational forum of the University of Economics - Hue University, licensed by the Ministry of Information and Communications under License No. 568/GP-BTTT dated October 26, 2015, and headquartered at 99 Ho Dac Di Street, Hue City.

The journal is aimed at readers including scientists, managers, lecturers, and students with the goal of publishing and presenting scientific articles and research works by staff, lecturers, and students from both within and outside the University of Economics, Hue University, in fields such as Agricultural Economics, Business Administration, Accounting - Auditing, Finance - Banking, and other economic management areas. Additionally, the journal contributes to promoting scientific research at the university and enhancing the quality of human resource training and technology transfer to production units and enterprises.

The quality of the journal is one of the guiding principles identified by the Editorial Board during its formation and operation. This also serves as the direction for the journal to become a high-quality scientific journal according to international standards. On this basis, the Journal of Economics and Management Science identifies the reputation and experience of the Editorial Board and its members as the key conditions for achieving these objectives.

The journal is published quarterly, in a size of 18.5 x 26.5 cm, with 150 pages, distributed by mail and self-distributed. Each issue has a circulation of 500 copies, printed in Hue and widely distributed nationwide.
