Abstract
COVID-19 pandemic forces universities to implement online teaching. This study focuses on factors affecting online teaching adoption of lecturers by using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) and adds factor Personal Innovativeness (PI) and factor COVID-19 Pandemic Situation Influence (PS). Research results from 102 lecturers in Hue University of Economics, Hue University shows that Effort Expectancy and COVID-19 Pandemic Situation Influence have significant positive effects on Behavioral Intention, which in turn affects the Actual Use of online teaching. This study did not find a significant influence of Performance Expectation, Social Influence, Facilitating Conditions, and Personal Innovativeness. This study has many theoretical and practical contributions.
