Abstract
This study was conducted to determine and evaluate the impact of factors on people's satisfaction with Hue-S application in Hue city. By means of an online survey of 209 people who are installing and using this application and using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) model, the research results show that the satisfaction of the people is directly affected by trust of state government and internet, indirectly affected by information quality through perceived usefulness. The study did not detect the influence of service quality, system quality on citizens’ satisfaction. From there, in order to improve user satisfaction, Hue city government needs to focus on creating trust, ensuring information quality as well as improving the usefulness of Hue-S application in the coming time.
