Abstract

Online learning is considered the leading solution of schools around the world during the Covid-19 pandemic. Based on the survey of 576 students at the University of Economics, Hue University, using the method of exploratory factor analysis and multivariate regression, this study analyzed the factors influencing student satisfaction with online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. The results showed that students’ satisfaction with online learning was affected by three factors, namely, in order of importance, course, technology, and lecturers. Finally, the article discussed the research results and suggested some policies for the university to consult and improve student satisfaction with online learning in the coming time.
