Abstract
Rapid Industrialization and urbanization in rural agricultural areas resulted in surplus labor, as well as the fact that the industry is in dire need of skilled laborers. The Province of Quang Binh, unfortunately, continues to have a poor-quality agricultural laborers. Due to a lack of formal training, job changes among agricultural workers are still impulsive and have low job sustainability. Thus, it becomes even more critical for agricultural workers in Quang Binh province to address the issue of changing careers. This study will shed light on the current state of career changes among agricultural workers in Quang Binh province as well as the factors influencing that trend, based on data collected through direct interviews with 360 workers in six communes across three districts, using descriptive statistical methods and analyzing influencing
factors on the basis of Binary Logistic model.
