Abstract

This study was conducted to explore the mediating role of corporate social responsibility in the relationship between green finance, green investment, green technology and sustainability, and to investigate the moderate effect of corporate governance. The article uses quantitative research methods, collecting data from 280 employees working at small and medium-sized enterprises in Vietnam. The results of SEM model analysis show a positive and statistically significant impact of green finance, green investment and green technology on sustainability. In addition, the results also confirm the mediating role of CSR in the relationship between green finance, green investment, green technology and sustainability. Corporate governance is also identified as an important regulatory factor, shaping the transformation of CSR initiatives into sustainable activities. The study has made a theoretical contribution by emphasizing the importance of green finance, green investment, technological innovation, CSR and corporate governance in influencing sustainable outcomes in Vietnam. In practical, research promotes sustainability, informing strategic financial decisions, CSR initiatives, technological advancements and internal governance mechanisms for Vietnamese SMEs.
