Abstract

The job performance has been a topic of significant interest and research for many decades. This research focuses on the impact of organizational justice, job satisfaction to individual job performance through a survey of 221 employees working in Binh Duong. The findings indicate that organizational justice (i.e. Procedural Justice, Spatial Justice, Temporal Justice, Interactional Justice, and Distributive Justice) positively influences job satisfaction, which in turn enhances employee job performance. Based on these findings, administrative measures are proposed to improve organizational justice and job satisfaction within the organization, aiming to enhance employee job performance.
