Abstract
This study was conducted to evaluate the impact of diversity and inclusion in the workplace on employee engagement of office staffs in Ho Chi Minh City, thereby providing assessment model with and recommendations to improve the working environment and increase the level of employee engagement in businesses. The study uses a structural equation model based on survey data of 137 employees in Ho Chi Minh City to measure their perceptions of diversity, inclusion, trust and engagement level. Research results show that diversity, inclusion and trust factors have a positive influence on employee engagement levels; besides, there is no difference in the level of employee engagement between different groups in terms of gender, age and education level.
