Abstract
The study aims to explore the impact of job burnout on quality of life and turnover intention of hospitality industry employees. Data were collected through a survey of 174 employees from hotels in Da Nang city and analyzed using SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results show that job burnout has a negative impact on quality of life, and quality of life has a negative impact on turnover intention. However, the direct impact of job burnout on turnover intention is not statistically significant. As such, quality of life plays a full mediating role in the relationship between job burnout and turnover intention of hotel industry employees. Managerial implications are proposed to help hotel managers develop strategies to reduce burnout and improve employees' quality of life, thereby reducing employees' turnover intention.
