Abstract

Abstract. Nowadays, the problem of getting a job has been more challenged graduated students when the demand for labor sources reducing. This study aims to build up a model to predict possibilities  students can get a job, applying to graduated students from University of Economics, Hue University. In fact, there are many studies conducting to this issue, but previous research almost focused on analyzing the final academic result, these studies did not build up predict models. The result of this study proposes the model to predict the possibility a graduated student can get a job with the accuracy upto 89.93%, based on Decision Tree algorithm (J48) and attributes getting after running attibute selections method in Weka.
