Abstract

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, universities are obliged to apply “online only” teaching model. In this perspective, students' perception of the online learning platforms that are currently being used is an important aspect. In this work, Microsoft Team is used as the reference e-learning platform for which the perceived usability is evaluated through a survey for full-time students at University of Economics, Hue University by using both System Usability Scale (SUS) and Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The results show the similarity and equivalency between the two scales. The results also indicate that the students’ technology device and gender as well as the interaction of these two factors do not affect their perception of usability.
