Abstract
Finance and technology have had a long history of mutual reinforcement. After the 2007-2008 global financial crisis, the digital transformation of financial industries had a greater boost which employed information technology innovation to comply the regulations and laws. The evolution of FinTech necessitates a parallel development of RegTech. Nowaday, the research on how FinTech and RegTech could completely transform the financial intrdustries gets more and more attention from the academics and practitioners.
In the process-oriented environment, many organizations and corporations have employed business process management software solutions to manage their business processes. Thus, the demand for compliance in business processes become more and more. In this study, we aim to propose a regulatory compliance framework that employs the cutting-edge technologies on business process compliance research. In addition, the feasibility of our proposed framework is validated through theoretical justification and simulated business process compliance senarios.
