Abstract

The research was conducted with the aim of identifying factors influencing lecturers’  job satisfaction in Hue University. The official study based on the survey of 300 lecturers from six member universities and colleges in Hue University, Thua Thien Hue Province. The results show that there are seven factors affecting the job satisfaction, namely Colleague Relationship, Training and Development, General Policy & Employer’s Management, Salary and Benefit, Working Enviroment, Student’s Characteristics, Job’s Characteristics. Among these determinants, Colleague Relationship and Salary and Benefit are the most important factors impacting job satisfaction of lecturers.
