Abstract
This study used the exploratory factor analysis (EFA) with 291 personnel questionnaires who were working at small and medium accommodation businesses in Dalat city by random sampling method. The results showed the influence of human resource management practices on the perception of small and medium accommodation businesses performance in Dalat city consists of 7 components, including 6 factors (independent variable) and 1 dependent variable in order of importance and influence as follows: employee participation (TG) with beta coefficient is 0.312, performance appraisal (DG) with beta coefficient is 0.287, working conditions (DK) with beta coefficient is 0.223, compensation and salary (LT) with beta coefficient is 0.196, training and development (PT) with beta coefficient is 0.192, recruitment and selection (TD) with beta coefficient is 0.181. All these factors were affected to the perception of small and medium accommodation businesses performance in Dalat city (NT).
