Abstract

Research into factors affecting accounting satisfaction with the use of the Enterprise resource planning system at Ho Chi Minh City. Factors discussed in the article include: perceived usefulness; quality of information; quality of system; quality of service; and training. Research results show that the five factors affect user satisfaction with the Enterprise resource planning system and that the impact is positive. From the research findings, the authors also make recommendations to stakeholders in the implementation and application of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
