Abstract
With the rapid development of the current industrial revolution 4.0, the role of information technology or the internet is becoming more and more important along with the benefits that we receive. In parallel with the current Covid-19 epidemic, online teaching is gradually proving to be advantageous and effective in training. In this article, the author focuses on studying the factors affecting the quality of online training of undergraduate programs in economics and research at FPT University in Ho Chi Minh City through quantitative research methods. , using SPSS data analysis software combined with an expert consultation method. The results of data analysis show that there are four factors: (1) Facilities; (2) Students' sense of self-study; (3) Teaching methods of lecturers; (4) Students' background for online learning has a positive influence on the quality of online training of the undergraduate economic program at FPT University with statistical significance of 1%. From these results, the author proposes some managerial implications to improve the quality of online training in the school.
