Abstract
The main purpose of the study is to explore the effect of nature-based attractive attributes on tourist satisfaction in Bach Ma National Park. Factor analysis and regression model approaches were applied to this study based on a questionnaire survey of 293 domestic tourists visiting Bach Ma National Park. The results of this study identified seven categories of Bach Ma National Park destination attractiveness, including natural, cultural, and social attributes; infrastructure; services; prices; accessibility; and destination security and safety. The natural, infrastructural, price, service, and accessibility attributes were found to have a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction. The findings of this study provide useful information for destination managers, tourism policymakers, and protected area managers in policy making in order to increase destination attractiveness and enhance the satisfaction of tourists visiting protected areas in Vietnam.
