Abstract
The study identified factors affecting the online learning outcomes of students at the University of Economics, Hue University, during the COVID-19 period. From there, understand the impact of the pandemic on students' learning outcomes. The ordered logit regression model is applied based on survey data from 1,118 students at the University of Economics, Hue University. Research results confirm three out of four groups of factors affecting online learning outcomes, namely learner characteristics, students' capacity and awareness, and the teaching capacity of lecturers. In contrast, the group of online learning environment factors does not affect students' online learning outcomes. The results of this study will provide the management board of the University of Economics, Hue University, lecturers, and students with more useful information to improve online learning results for students.
