Abstract

In order to estimate the impact of trade credit on rice productivity of farmer in the Mekong Delta, the article uses data from 574 rice farmers to be collected randomly here. Results through the PSM method show that farmers with access to trade credit have higher rice yields than farmers without access to trade credit in the range of 0.087 to 0.104 tons/1,000m2. Based on the research results, the article proposes a number of solutions to help farmers easily access commercial credit and the form of commercial credit is growing.
