Abstract
The consumption of recycled products is becoming increasingly popular around the world and creating efficiency for sustainable growth, promoting the circular economy model. However, in Vietnam, the consumption of recycled products is still a new trend. Through quantitative research methods and a survey of 230 consumers in Hanoi, the study aimed to identify factors influencing the intention to purchase recycled office supplies. The results showed that the perception of image had the strongest impact on purchasing intention. The study did not find the impact of safety perception on purchasing intention. Based on these findings, the study also proposed some strategic directions and policies for businesses and the government to promote the consumption of recycled products in Ha Noi.
